About the job
Provides commercial, product, privacy, and regulatory legal counsel to support Solve Intelligence’s US expansion and growth of its AI-powered intellectual property platform.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate B2B SaaS contracts.
- Advise AI researchers and engineers on legal guardrails and product decisions, including novel generative AI issues.
- Manage privacy, security, and multi-jurisdictional compliance, and build scalable legal policies and processes.
