Revenue FP&A Director

What you'll do

• Manage and improve forecasts for bookings, billings, and revenue; lead annual and long-range revenue planning and analyze forecast variances.
• Evaluate pricing, packaging, margins, and deal structures; develop deal guardrails and advise on non-standard deals.
• Build AI-enabled finance automations and partner across finance and commercial teams to improve analysis, data integrity, and reporting.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant time in high-growth SaaS or tech.
• Experience owning a revenue, bookings, or ARR forecast at scale, with a record of improving accuracy and working knowledge of revenue accounting; experience with consumption based models.
• Executive-adopted pricing, packaging, or commercial recommendations grounded in margin, discounting, and price realization analysis.
• Hands-on AI experience building and shipping finance workflow automations; expert-level driver-based modeling; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA, or investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance experience; experience with various pricing models.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning and finance systems such as NetSuite, Pigment, or Salesforce; experience building AI agents or workflows such as Claude Cowork.

Build and ship AI-enabled FP&A automations, including forecast roll-ups, variance analysis, anomaly detection, deal and pricing analytics, and agentic workflows; define human oversight, validation, controls, and data security.
