Leads full-cycle recruiting across technical, GTM, and G&A roles, with a focus on hiring for Sonar’s acquired Gitar team and scaling West Coast recruiting.
What you'll do
- Own recruiting from intake through offer close, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and managing concurrent searches.
- Partner with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, role scope, and technical hiring standards.
- Improve or automate recruiting workflows and support the integration of the Gitar team.
