Leads full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, and general and administrative roles, including technical hiring for the acquired Gitar team and hiring strategy for Sonar’s West Coast operations.
What you'll do
- Own searches from intake through close, including proactive sourcing, candidate pitching, and closing.
- Partner with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, role scope, and technical hiring standards.
- Manage concurrent searches and improve or automate recruiting workflows, reporting, and processes.
