Senior Fraud Strategist

What you'll do

• Develop fraud strategy and roadmaps, translating fraud risks and business needs into data-supported requirements.
• Lead cross-functional fraud mitigation workstreams and improve fraud tools, detection rules, workflows, and operational processes.
• Track fraud metrics and program effectiveness, and provide recommendations, business cases, and guidance to stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in online fraud risk mitigation, fraud analytics, trust and safety, risk strategy, or a related domain.
• 3-5+ years of experience in fraud strategy, fraud product management, fraud program delivery, or a closely related role.
• Deep understanding of fraud typologies, risk scoring, account security, identity abuse, payments risk, and the fraud lifecycle in relevant digital or platform environments.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization or operational monitoring tools such as Tableau, Domo, Splunk, or similar platforms; familiarity with Snowflake.
• Proficiency using approved AI tools for analysis, pattern identification, synthesis, and documentation; Japanese language skills.

Pay

USD $155,000 to $185,000 annual base salary
