Supports Sony operating companies in adopting and optimizing SIE payment orchestration and commerce services globally, acting as a payments relationship owner and coordinating strategy, onboarding, performance, and issue resolution.

- Own payments relationships for assigned Sony operating companies, translating their needs into platform priorities and payment success plans.
- Support onboarding and payment-provider and payment-method setup; analyze performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Lead service reviews and coordinate payment escalations with Sony teams and external payment partners.
