What you'll do
- Monitor fraud performance and trends, producing actionable reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and alerts.
- Investigate fraud patterns and root causes across transactions, identity, payments, accounts, and platform activity; recommend mitigations.
- Evaluate and improve fraud controls, detection rules, and operational processes while documenting workflows and communicating findings.
