What you'll do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates; partner consultatively with clients and manage a high volume of requisitions.
- Build pipelines of passive talent and maintain clear, consistent relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understand role requirements and represent candidates accurately to hiring teams.
