Runs full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Starlink manufacturing, from sourcing and screening through interviewing and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Review applications, search for passive candidates, interview candidates, and advise hiring clients.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Manage high volumes of clients and requisitions, communicating consistently and representing SpaceX professionally.
