Develops sourcing strategies and manages suppliers, contracts, negotiations, and purchasing for food and facilities categories to reduce costs and supply-chain risk.
What you'll do
- Create and implement category sourcing strategies, including cost savings, payment terms, and risk management.
- Manage supplier performance, contracts, stakeholder relationships, and negotiations; analyze category results and market conditions.
- Place purchase orders, resolve blocked invoices, and lead efforts to reduce transactions.
