Leads full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Starlink manufacturing, from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while managing a high volume of clients and requisitions.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain clear, consistent relationships with candidates and hiring clients.
- Partner with clients on role requirements and use creative outreach strategies to attract passive candidates.
