About the job
Build and manage talent pipelines for Starlink’s hard-to-fill roles, sourcing and engaging passive candidates and handing qualified candidates off to recruiters.
What you'll do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define searchable candidate profiles and source candidates across multiple functions.
- Conduct personalized outreach, qualify interested candidates, and maintain accurate ATS records and pipelines.
- Track sourcing metrics, map competitor talent pools, and represent Starlink accurately in candidate conversations.
