Build talent pipelines for Starlink’s hard-to-fill roles and source, engage, and qualify passive candidates across multiple functions.
What you'll do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define searchable role profiles and manage candidate handoffs.
- Source and contact passive candidates, qualify interested candidates by phone, and maintain accurate ATS records and pipelines.
- Track sourcing metrics, map competitor talent pools, and represent Starlink and SpaceX in candidate conversations.
