Supervises non-destructive evaluation (NDE) operations for Starship fabrication, managing inspectors and coordinating with production and engineering teams to maintain inspection quality.
What you'll do
- Schedule and prioritize inspection workflows, coordinating with production partners, customers, engineering, and Level 3 teams.
- Manage inspector development, certifications, hiring recommendations, and equipment and facility maintenance planning.
- Improve inspection quality using lean strategies and data-driven metrics, and maintain team proficiency with relevant inspection methods and systems.
