Sources and engages passive candidates, builds talent pipelines, and supports hiring across Starlink’s engineering, supply chain, go-to-market, and business operations functions.
What you'll do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define searchable candidate profiles and manage candidate handoffs.
- Find, contact, and qualify passive candidates; maintain pipelines and accurate ATS records.
- Track pipeline metrics, map competitor talent pools, and represent Starlink and SpaceX to candidates.
