What you'll do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define searchable candidate profiles and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Find, contact, and qualify passive candidates using sourcing platforms, research, and personalized outreach.
- Maintain accurate ATS records, track pipeline metrics, and share talent-market insights.
