What you'll do
- Meet with client groups to discuss hiring needs, strategy, and interview feedback; screen and source candidates and recommend candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate candidate tours and interviews, and manage offers, background checks, negotiations, and offer letters.
- Organize and manage the flow of candidates while representing SpaceX to applicants.
