What you'll do
- Partner with hiring teams on headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback; screen and source candidates and recommend candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate candidate tours and onsite interviews, participate in interviews, and manage the candidate experience.
- Handle hiring offers, including initiating background checks, negotiating offer packages, and extending offer letters.
