Manage full-cycle recruiting for Environmental Health & Safety and other corporate functions, from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring groups on headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback; recommend candidates for interviews.
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate onsite interviews and tours, and support candidate evaluation.
- Manage offers, including background checks, package negotiation, and extending offer letters.
