Manages full-cycle recruiting for SpaceX corporate functions, from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring teams on requisitions, hiring strategies, and interview feedback; screen and source candidates and recommend interviewees.
- Coordinate candidate visits and interviews, including giving tours and supporting the candidate experience.
- Manage offer processes, including background checks, offer negotiations, and offer letters.
