What you'll do
- Partner with hiring teams on headcount, hiring strategy, requisitions, and candidate feedback; recommend candidates for interviews.
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate onsite interviews, and support candidate experience, including tours.
- Manage offer processes, including background checks, offer negotiation, and extending offer letters.
