Manages full-cycle recruiting for SpaceX corporate functions, from sourcing and candidate evaluation through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Partner with client groups on hiring needs, strategy, and interview feedback; screen and source candidates and recommend interviewees.
- Coordinate candidate visits and participate in interviews, including giving onsite tours.
- Manage offer processes, including initiating background checks, negotiating packages, and extending offer letters.
