Manages full-cycle recruiting for corporate SG&A roles, from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Partner with client groups on hiring needs, recruiting strategy, and interview feedback; recommend candidates for interviews.
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate onsite interviews, and support candidate experience.
- Manage offer processes, including background checks, negotiations, and offer letters.
