What you'll do
- Partner with hiring teams on headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and candidate feedback; recommend candidates for interviews.
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate onsite visits, give tours, and participate in interviews.
- Manage hiring offers, including initiating background checks, negotiating offer packages, and extending offer letters.
