About the job
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for Starlink roles across engineering, supply chain, and technical operations, from sourcing and screening through interviewing and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; build and maintain pipelines of passive talent.
- Partner with hiring clients, understand role requirements, and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions, using creative outreach and recruiting strategies.
