Build and scale the AI engine behind Spara’s sales agents, including retrieval, ranking, response generation, evaluation, and model training, while shaping technical and product direction.
What you'll do
- Develop core AI agent systems for retrieval, ranking, and response generation.
- Design and scale platform-wide evaluation, and guide fine-tuning and training decisions.
- Make foundational architecture decisions and collaborate with leadership on the product and technical roadmap.
