Leads the Discovery pod’s technical direction and builds web journeys for customers to discover, purchase, and begin using Speak.
What you'll do
- Lead Discovery work from problem framing and architecture through implementation, launch, and production monitoring.
- Build and integrate web journeys across authentication, payments, billing, provisioning, analytics, and related systems.
- Partner across functions and teams, mentor engineers, and set standards for reliability, security, and rollout quality.
