Leads product direction and architecture for Speak’s memory and personalization system, helping determine each learner’s next best learning experience across the product.
What you'll do
- Own product architecture for learner memory, personalization, sequencing, recommendations, feedback loops, and learner-state models.
- Define interfaces connecting learning experiences, content, assessments, AI systems, and learner-facing features.
- Create cross-team product clarity and quality loops to measure whether personalization improves learning outcomes.
