Leads development of internal AI agent systems and workflows that help Sphere teams work more effectively while maintaining safety, correctness, and human oversight.
What you'll do
- Build and iterate on agent features and sandbox environments, including workflows for agents to inspect code, run infrastructure and tests, make changes, and prepare work for review.
- Identify high-impact internal workflows and enable agents to work across engineering, operations, customer success, tax research, and implementation.
- Own agent infrastructure, tooling, and practices for context, permissions, review, observability, and escalation.
