What you'll do
- Onboard customers, support billing integrations, interpret liability reports, and guide them through global tax compliance workflows.
- Translate customer needs and emerging compliance requirements into technical proposals and product-roadmap input.
- Build custom features and integrations, identifying solutions that can become products for all customers.
