What you'll do
- Support customer implementations, onboarding, ongoing success, and escalations involving tax compliance workflows.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with Tax, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, and turn customer feedback into product and process improvements.
- Create customer-facing documentation and support initiatives such as country launches, regulatory changes, and new product offerings.
