About the job
Build and maintain the internal systems that connect Sphere’s CRM, outbound, paid acquisition, SEO/GEO, and other growth channels into a scalable operating system.
What you'll do
- Assess current growth tools and workflows, identify fragmentation and manual work, and map needed GTM systems.
- Build, own, and improve growth infrastructure, connecting tools and channels into a cohesive system.
- Develop localization efforts across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM; collaborate with growth, marketing, design, and engineering.
