Senior Digital Learning Experience Designer - Learning & Inclusion

What you'll do

• Lead learning projects from needs analysis and curriculum design through development, launch, and evaluation.
• Create engaging learning materials and interactive experiences across live, digital, blended, and self-directed formats.
• Use learner feedback, stakeholder input, and performance data to improve learning effectiveness and measure outcomes.

• 5+ years of professional instructional design experience and a portfolio covering multiple learning formats.
• Apply learning science principles and translate performance needs into measurable learning objectives and journeys.
• Experience with rapid authoring tools and design tools, or equivalent platforms.
• Degree in instructional design, learning sciences, education, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in inclusive learning design, leadership development, learning technology, short-form learning video or animation, LMS/LXP platforms, or SCORM/xAPI.
• Explore AI-assisted authoring and adaptive learning where they can improve the learner experience.

Pay

$87,000 – $125,000 USD base salary
