Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Personalization

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize search ranking, retrieval, and personalization models from experimentation through production.
• Explore AI and agentic approaches for conversational Search experiences.
• Evaluate models and experiments, and collaborate across disciplines to improve listener experience and scalable Search infrastructure.
