About the job
Build and lead production-scale recommendation systems for Spotify’s Home and other surfaces, including personalized podcast discovery and AI-powered experiences.
What you'll do
- Own and improve Home feed recommendation models and systems, including Shortcuts, and ship personalized recommendations globally.
- Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize large language models; build recommendation systems for agentic and AI-powered experiences.
- Lead experimentation, monitoring, platform improvements, technical direction, and mentorship across personalization systems.
