Enrollment Specialist

What you'll do

• Submit and track enrollment requests and recurring rosters; reconcile records and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage plan and license additions, removals, and terminations; monitor timelines and escalate delays.
• Use AI and spreadsheet automation to validate data and improve workflows; prepare monthly roster and waitlist accuracy reports.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of direct experience in provider enrollment and rostering with commercial health plans for a large, multi-state group practice or clinician network.
• Working knowledge of health plan enrollment and roster submission processes, including applications, roster files, effective dates, and terminations.
• Experience improving or automating roster submission or enrollment workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and multi-tab formulas.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple national and regional health plans, behavioral health, or healthcare revenue cycle.
• Spreadsheet scripting or lightweight automation experience; credentials such as CPCS or CPMSM.

Pay

$30.05 – $34.86 per hour (base salary)
