About the job
Deliver therapy and related mental health care to Spring Health members, including risk assessment, crisis response, and measurement-based care.
What you'll do
- Provide counseling sessions, clinical risk assessments, and appropriate crisis response.
- Complete documentation, training, and clinical team meetings while following confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
- Monitor client metrics and outcomes to support continuity and quality of care.
