About the job
Provides mental health counseling and related risk assessment, crisis response, and measurement-based care to members through Spring Health’s provider network.
What you'll do
- Conduct counseling sessions, clinical risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis response as appropriate.
- Maintain timely documentation, continuity of care, and use measurement-based care and client outcomes to monitor care quality.
- Complete required training and meetings, and follow confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
