Support members through mental health care by coordinating services, assessing needs and crises, and connecting them with appropriate care.
What you'll do
- Provide member support through phone, chat, and email; coordinate sign-ups, troubleshooting, intake, and appointments.
- Assess clinical needs, refer members to suitable care, and provide crisis triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
- Document interactions and coordinate with internal teams to address barriers and maintain a smooth member experience.
