Supports members’ mental health care journeys by coordinating access to services, assessing needs, providing crisis support, and helping ensure a high-quality care experience.
What you'll do
- Handle member inquiries and coordinate care, including platform support, intake information, appointments, and service explanations.
- Assess clinical needs, recommend appropriate care, and provide crisis triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
