What you'll do
- Provide solution-focused counseling, risk assessment, safety planning, crisis triage, and referrals for employees.
- Consult with managers and HR, and manage mandatory Drug Free Workplace referrals and employee assessments.
- Deliver critical incident response, trainings, and benefit-promotion events; maintain required documentation.
