Manager, Provider Enablement and Performance

What you'll do

• Plan and deliver provider rollouts, newsletters, and policy updates to reduce operational disruption.
• Manage self-service knowledge content and tools, keeping documentation accurate and aligned with platform functionality.
• Lead cross-functional enablement programs, establish operating procedures, and use data and automation to improve operational performance.

What they ask for

• 4+ years of professional experience in provider enablement, customer success, clinical training, or operational change management.
• Ability to organize and deliver complex cross-functional programs with strong attention to detail.
• Strong writing and content development skills, including simplifying technical or policy information.
• Hands-on experience with self-service knowledge bases and data platforms for tracking metrics and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, mental health, or employee benefits.
• Experience supporting large-scale, distributed B2B2C network environments.

Pay

$97K – $113.5K USD base salary
