What you'll do
- Lead global provider recruitment and coordinate hiring for customer launches, regional expansion, and forecasted demand.
- Partner with legal, credentialing, and cross-functional teams to develop compliant, locally tailored recruiting strategies; oversee recruiter capacity, sourcing, and candidate pipelines.
- Coach the recruiting team and improve workflows, cycle times, and throughput, including through AI tools and automation.
