Leads analytics and experimentation for Spring Practice to improve engagement, care coordination, provider workflows, and health outcomes.
What you'll do
- Set analytical strategy and apply predictive modeling, classification, clustering, and AI to identify care workflow improvements.
- Design and analyze rapid experiments, including quasi-experimental studies, and recommend which initiatives to scale.
- Partner with product, design, engineering, and analytics colleagues to shape roadmaps, metrics, and decisions using complex, multi-source data.
