What you'll do
- Build and maintain integrations, automations, and AI-agent building blocks; monitor production systems and lead incident response.
- Set technical approaches and standards, document reusable patterns, and address root causes of recurring workflow and integration issues.
- Partner with teams, vendors, Security, and Compliance; support engineers through design reviews, pairing, and training.
