About the job
Design and improve digital experiences for complex-care members and providers, balancing product quality, usability, and business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Design and iterate on polished member and provider product experiences, including visual and interaction design.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to understand user problems, validate solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
- Contribute to the design system and communicate design decisions through artifacts and presentations.
