Build and lead scalable search and matching systems for Alma, helping clients find and connect with appropriate mental health providers.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and optimize search and matching capabilities, backend services, APIs, and full-stack experiences.
- Lead complex projects and architectural decisions, including service boundaries and evolving capabilities from a monolith.
- Mentor engineers, coordinate across teams, and lead high-stakes investigations and incident responses.
