Provides onsite employee assistance counseling and workplace mental health services, including management consultation, crisis response, training, and referral support.
What you'll do
- Counsel employees and connect them with appropriate resources; assess risk and provide safety planning, triage, and follow-up.
- Consult with managers and people teams, respond to critical incidents, and deliver training and benefit-promotion events.
- Assess and monitor mandatory Drug Free Workplace referrals and maintain required documentation.
