Build Sprinter Health’s first ML engineering function and production infrastructure for training, deploying, serving, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models.
What you'll do
- Define ML platform architecture and standards for training, serving, features, monitoring, retraining, and governance.
- Build and operate production ML pipelines, model-serving workflows, and monitoring and validation systems.
- Partner across teams to productionize models, set technical standards, and mentor or hire future ML engineers.
