About the job
Provides in-home phlebotomy and other preventative and diagnostic services, traveling between patients and documenting visits.
What you'll do
- Travel to patients’ homes and provide blood draws, vitals, measurements, urine collection, and Annual Wellness Visit support.
- Prepare and manage supplies, schedule, and time independently; label, handle, and transport specimens.
- Create a professional patient experience and accurately document visits using Sprinter technology.
What they ask for
- Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads; ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements.
Nice to have
- Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in home.

$24 – $28 (USD base salary)
